Introducing our new Middle School wellbeing curriculum, The Resilience Project! This program will run throughout Years 7 to 9 and focuses on overcoming adversity and building resilience. Part 3 of our Resilience Project update focuses on Empathy and the science behind how our brain positively reacts to acts of kindness. In Week 0, the staff at BHS sent messages of kindness to our loved ones, both family and friends. We encourage you to try this week’s activity too as we value the connections it strengthened.
