Enter your Family ID (from the School Invoice or Statement)<br \/>\n2. Enter your Family Name<br \/>\n3. Enter description of payment<br \/>\n4. Enter the Total Payment Amount<br \/>\n5. Select your card type (MasterCard or Visa)<br \/>\n6. Enter your Credit Card Number<br \/>\n7. Enter the Credit Card Expiry Date<br \/>\n8. Enter the CVN (i.e. the 3 digit code on the back of your Credit Card)<br \/>\n9. Click on the Proceed button<br \/>\n10. After 3 to 5 seconds your payment will be processed and the receipt information will be displayed<br \/>\n11. Either click the Print View or enter you email address and click Send Email to get a copy of your receipt<br \/>\n12. You can now exit the Payment Page.<\/p>\n<h2>QKR App<\/h2>\n<p>Download the QKR app to your device and set up an account for your child\/ren.<\/p>\n<p><em>Orders via the app must be<\/em><br \/>\n<em>completed by 8:30pm<\/em><\/p>\n<p>*an updated menu will be added shortly*<\/p>\n<p>If you have any issues with ordering, please contact our office staff on 8568 5100.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.birdwoodhs.sa.edu.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/QKR-How-to-Guide.pdf\">QKR How to Guide<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Applying for School Card Assistance<\/h2>\n<p>You may be eligible for support with payment of Materials and Services fees and subject fees if you are a low income earner. School Card assistance must be applied for each year as the assessment process is based on your income for the prior financial year. We recommend that you lodge your application for School Card assistance with the school early each year. This will allow you to establish a payment plan with the school early in the year if your School Card application is not approved.<\/p>\n<p>Forms to apply for School Card Assistance are available from the Finance Office or the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sa.gov.au\/education\/schoolcard\">SA Gov website.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>School Fees Materials and services charges 2023 Fees are set annually by the Governing Council following consultation with the school community.
