Japanese Study Tour January 22, 2018 In August we will be hosting a number of students from Ikeda, located in the Osaka Prefecture of Japan. The visiting students will immerse themselves in Australian food, culture and lifestyle and participated in formal school lessons at Birdwood High School . Our BHS international student ambassadors and International Prefect will have the opportunity to welcome the students into our Birdwood community and accompany students on excursions to tourist venues such as the Adelaide Central Markets and Cleland Wildlife Park. If your family is interested in taking part by hosting a student for a two week period please contact Mr Walsh. Families will be remunerated.These unique opportunities give way to students forming strong friendships, improve students’ understanding and knowledge of a foreign language in such a short time.
